Our great tasting craft spiced rum has scooped it’s second award since launching this year!

We are so proud that The Father has won a Great Taste Award 2023 - the world's largest and most trusted food and drink accreditation scheme created by The Guild of Fine Food, described as the ‘Oscars’ of the food world and the ‘epicurean equivalent of the Booker prize’.

The blind tastings are judged by a panel of 500 Judges from all corners of the food world, and an award allows customers to know that the products they buy have a reliable seal of approval based upon great taste and not marketing. This follows The Global Rum Masters awarding The Father a Silver Award in March 2023.

The Father is a warm and rounded craft spiced Caribbean rum celebrating Henry VIII’s pivotal role in establishing the Royal Navy during his reign, along with his love of importing exotic foods and spices… Macerated with Sweet Potato, Quince, Pomegranate, Ginger, Cinnamon, Vanilla and Allspice, with notes of caramel, zesty pineapple and warming spices...
